Honored to be Maria's first stay for my family of 5 total and 1st visit to Belize. Great place to 'stretch-out' in several rooms, cook, do laundry. East walk to a few restaurants ... and a very short drive to maintown San Ignacio. Maria's secret talent is she also works at tour agency and provided amazing (free) tips that saved us time and effort ... she was a 'one-stop shop' with thoughtful touches during our stay.
This place was a haven. We liked that it was minutes from Cayo. She communicated quickly. It was really clean, quiet, and safe.
We stayed at Casa Maruka for four nights with our two year old son while we explored many activities in San Ignacio. The house was a very comfortable size for the three of us, and Maria was very responsive to any questions we had. She also helped us arrange a guide for one of our tours.
Would definitely recommend Casa Maruka for a family stay in San Ignacio.
